Delivery

Delivery is calculated on checkout (and UK delivery can be seen without the need to complete any information). Simply add items to your basket to see the UK delivery charge.

Returns

If it is necessary to return goods the following steps must be taken:

1. Contact afic who will issue you with a returns note reference number and will mail a detailed returns form (Same day).
2. Upon receipt of your returns form attach it to the goods.
3. Call afic to advise that the goods are ready for collection and afic will arrange for a carrier to collect.

Goods cannot be returned to Afic without obtaining a Goods Return Number (GRN).

Afic must be advised of any dissatisfaction with the goods ordered within Three working days of receipt of delivery.  A credit note will be issued when goods are received back at afic.
